Have we talked about my quest to find the perfect purse?
Have we also talked about my quest to find the perfect word to replace the word purse? Because this is what I think of when I think of the word purse:
"Let me just get my purse, mmmmkay?"
"Bag" is too nonspecific, "tote" might as well be a registered trademark of public television, and it will be about 40 more years before I am old enough to utter the words "pocket book" without irony.
No matter.
My quest is over <insert crazy maniacal laughter>!
I have found an <awesome thing in which to carry my things>, and we love each other and we are getting married!
Kiss kiss kiss kiss kiss.
Love it with all of my heart.
In the front? My iphone.
In the middle? Pen, brush, chapstick.
In the main compartment? Wallet, sunglasses, small notebook.
In the sneaky flat back pocket? Kleenex.
In the strap? Hand sanitizer.
AND THAT IS ALL.
No more spelunking my way through the nine circles of leather hell to get to a vibrating phone. No more with the carrying of the anything for the anyone other than ME ME MEEEEEEE.
